Schedule
The calendar events are updated as we book speakers. If an event does not have a speaker or topic listed, then we are looking for a topic lead for that day. (That could be you! Just reach out.)
To stay up to date, add the calendar to your own with the "+" button in the calendar's bottom right!
Guidelines for Presenters
If you're interested in presenting, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Each talk should cover a mathematical topic that is useful (in your view) to AI researchers.
- You are not obligated to connect the mathematics to AI research, but you are encouraged to do so if the connection is not obvious.
- It's helpful if you recommend resources further exploring your topic.
- Slides or whiteboard are most common, but any format is allowed.
- Your talk should last about 30 minutes, leaving time for questions and discussion.
- If desired, a follow up survey will be sent to the audience, and the results will be made available to you.
- Talks are not recorded for publication or future viewing unless explicitly noted. If a talk is recorded, it will be noted in the calendar event and before the talk starts.
